 After standing by him for seven years, with no ring in sight,Nicole bowed out of her relationship with Lewis Hamilton,30.The 34 year old has opened up on their breakup as he has been partying away in Monaco with rumoured new love,Kendall Jenner.She told PeopleMagazine

Sometimes people stay in relationships because they get complacent, because it's comfortable for them, because they don't want to be alone.
'It's a new chapter in my life. I'm going through a very transformative time in my life.''For me, what's helped me to get through this is I'm a quite spiritual person.
