Yesterday, December 27th, 2022 together with my entourage and team, I honoured the invitation of Ifedi Women Group of Umunnoke village, Amaenyi-Awka on the tripartite occasion of their end-of-the-year ceremony and launching of their new outing uniform.
In my humble remarks, I made it undoubtedly clear that women are major and indispensable stakeholders in community development because of their visible contributions and efforts towards nation-building.
If elected as the next Hon Member, Awka South 1 Constituency by the special grace of Almighty God, I will strive to partner with all women groups/organizations in Awka and Okpuno to ensure we leave no stone unturned in empowering, moulding and making them self-reliant in their choice businesses or ventures.
Our journey of building a new Awka Metropolis as the economic powerhouse of our dear State is rightly on course and there's no going back on this decision.
