HON UCHE COLLINS OKOYE HONOURS THE INVITATION OF CHIDERA AGE GRADE ON THE FIRST OUTING OF THEIR CULTURAL DANCE/ INYINYA-IBU MASQUERADE HELD AT AYOM NA OKPALA PRIMARY SCHOOL, AMAENYI COMMUNITY AWKA.

This afternoon, 1st day of January 2022, my team and I attended the first outing of cultural dance and Inyinya-Ibu Masquerade display of Chidera Age-grade held at Ayom Na Okpala Primary School, Amaenyi Community, Awka.

Notable dignataries present at the occasion under the distinguished Chairmanship of Chief Emmanuel Nwabueze(Obuewulu 1 of Awka) include Hon Chief Vincent Emeka Igwe(Etoodike, PDD Candidate, Awka North and South Federal Constituency), Hon Chief Ndubuisi Nwobu(Obuka Awka, Omelukaokwulu, Former PDP State Chairman), Hon Amb Emeka Jude Agumadu(Ozo Odinakachukwu, Baby Awka), Ozo Chief Michael Okoli(Ozo Nwabugo, Nwawelugo), Ozo Bartholomew Nnajiofor(Ozo Plasma) as Special Guests of Honour among others.

It was indeed a total shutdown of our rich cultural heritage which is in line with my vision in promoting core Igbo values, norms and tradition and this is what I will strive to preserve if elected.

Chidera Age-grade is doing very well and I'm happy to witness what they are doing particularly in community development, helping the downtrodden, poor and the needy in their midst and society at large.

We must get it right this time with sole determination of Ndu Awka and Okpuno who desire nothing short of effective, quality and all-inclusive representation.
