Anambra State Police Command has arrested a 48-year old man, Felix Owaya along Niger Street, Onitsha, the commercial city of the state.
Police spokesperson, Tochukwu Ikéngà who disclosed this on Monday, said the suspect from Ika south Local Government of Delta State was nabbed by Police Operatives attached to Fegge division while on patrol in the area.
He said 375 live cartridges were recovered from the suspect, adding that investigation has commenced.
He said, On 15/6/2024 by 1:30 pm, Police Operatives attached to Fegge division while on patrol along Niger Street, Onitsha arrested one Felix Owaya ‘M’ aged 48yrs of Ika south LGA of Delta State and recover three hundred and seventy-five live cartridges.
