Indian flood death toll hits 11 - Times of India
This week's sudden deluge in New Delhi has now claimed 11 lives, including four drowned in underpasses and one at one of the city's airports when a roof collapsed, authorities have confirmed.
The Indian capital endured the worst flooding in decades on Friday, when the average rainfall for the entire month fell in 24 hours.
