Michelle Obama only worthy rival to Trump - Reuters/Ipsos poll
Of all the possible Democratic candidates to replace Joe Biden were he to quit, only Michelle Obama could beat Trump in the November elections, according to a Reuters and Ipsos poll.
50% of respondents would support her in a straight battle with Trump, while only 30% ready to vote for the Republican in that head-to-head.
Trump would beat Kamala Harris 43% to 42% and California Governor Gavin Newsom 42% to 39% in their respective theoretical face-offs.
