Mark Okoye Gets New Appointment as MD of South East Development Commission
President Bola Tinubu has submitted an updated list of nominees for the Governing Board of the South East Development Commission (SEDC) to the Senate for confirmation.
This announcement was made in a statement from the President’s Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, on Friday.
President Tinubu has nominated Hon. Emeka Atuma as Chairman, with Hon. Mark C. Okoye set to take on the role of Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer.
Other board members include Ugochukwu H. Agballah, Hon. Okey Ezenwa, Chief Hyacinth Ikpor, and Hon. Donatus Eyinnah Nwankpa, among others.
Further appointments to the SEDC board include Edward David Onoja, Orure Kufre Inima, and Chie Joke Adebayo-Chukwuma.
Also nominated are Prince Obinna Obiekweihe as Executive Director (Projects), Sen. Anthony O. Agbo as Executive Director of Finance and Administration, and Dr. Daniel Ikechukwu Ugwuja as Executive Director of Corporate Services.
