Egwuonwu reiterates commitment to Anambra South, as APGA receives Muogbo

 Recent drive for new  membership into the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), has been yielding good fruits, with Chief Akai Egwuonwu, leadership of APGA and other stakeholders at the forefront of this drive, yet again,  on Friday, received Pharmacist Alphonsus Muogbo into the party.



Pharm Muogbo rejoined the APGA at his hometown Okpeze, Orumba North Local Government Area of Anamabra State. Describing his political move, Muogbo said that APGA is a moving train that is doing well as a political party.


Available to receive him were the frontline aspirant for the upcoming by-election for Anambra South Senatorial district, Chief Akai Egwuonwu, and the party's State Chairman, Barr Ifeatu Obiokoye.


Others were the Chief of Staff to the Governor, Mr Ernest Ezeajughi; former member of Anambra State House of Assembly, Hon. Emeka Aforka, Orumba North Executive Chairman, Barr Casmir Nwafor; his Orumba South counterpart, Hon Shedrach Azubuike and other party stakeholders.


The APGA State Chairman, Barr Ifeatu Obiokoye congratulated Pharm. Muogbo on his choice of APGA, which he described as the right decision.


The APGA Life Patron, Chief Egwuonwu (OZO UMEEBUBEAGU AMICHI) told Pharm. Muogbo that he should consider his decision to join the APGA family as an appropriate step politically, in appreciation of Governor Soludo's good governance in Anambra State.


Chief Egwuonwu expressed satisfaction that Ndị Anambra from all professions and creed are joining the party in droves. 


He said this is a testament that Governor Soludo's administration is doing very well, which attracts new entrants to the party.


Chief Egwuonwu used the opportunity to reiterate his commitment to make a difference in the Senate, when given the mandate by the party and the electorate.


According to Chief Akai Egwuonwu, as a home-grown politician, he feels the pulse of the constituents in Anambra South and he is duty-bound to do the needful in the Senate for the common good of Ndị Anamabra South.
