22-Year-Old Woman And Accomplice Arrested With Dangerous Weapon In Minna
Spokesperson of the command, SP Wasiu Abiodun, who disclosed this in a statement at the weekend said the suspects -Mariam Abdullahi and Aliyu Abubakar were arrested with a long sharp knife as well as two wraps of cannabis.
Two suspected miscreants, Mariam Abdullahi and Aliyu Abubakar, have been arrested by operatives of the Niger State Police Command.
They were arrested with a dangerous weapon in Tunga area of Minna.
Spokesperson of the command, SP Wasiu Abiodun, who disclosed this in a statement at the weekend said the suspects -Mariam Abdullahi and Aliyu Abubakar were arrested with a long sharp knife as well as two wraps of cannabis.
“On 5/2/2025 at about 8.30pm, a Police patrol team attached to Tudun-Wada Div intercepted and arrested two suspects in a tricycle with dangerous weapon.
"The suspects are; Aliyu Abubakar 25yrs and Mariam Abdullahi 22yrs both of Bosso area, Minna,” the statement read.
“The suspects were arrested with a long sharp knife and two wraps of cannabis. They are under investigation in the Div and will soon be charged to court for prosecution.”
