Solution Vanguard Inaugurates State & LG Excos, unveiled Solution Vanguard Stickers

The Workers Solution Vanguard, a support group of Local Government Workers across the 21 LGAs and local government pension board in the state had Inaugurated the State Excos and LG Excos with the agenda of ensuring the re-election of Gov Charles Chukwuma Soludo for the 2nd term.
The event was held at Anambra State Local Government Service Commission premises Government House Awka.
Welcoming everyone Barr Vin Ezeaka, The National Convener workers Solution Vanguard and Chairman Anambra State Local Government Service Commission pointed that the idea of the workers Solution Vanguard came from the workers of Local Government who came together and saw the need to support Mr Governor Prof Charles Chukwuma Soludo whom they said had done very well for Ndi Anambra with the prompt payment of salaries, massive road construction across the state,prompt payment of salaries and gratuities, employment of thousands of teachers, nurses, doctors and health workers for the numerous hospitals in the state also the reformation the Governor has brought into the Local Government Service through the present local government service commission.
He equally pointed out that the workers Solution Vanguard is self supported and not funded by the government or funds of the commission.
Inaugurating the State Exco of Workers Solution Vanguard, Barr Ifeatu Obiokoye, the Chairman of APGA represented by the Deputy Chairman of APGA Anambra State,
declared that he was there to represent the State Working Committee (SWC) of APGA Anambra State.
He prayed for the workers' Solution Vanguard,stating that their objectives, for the formation of workers Solution Vanguard, will be achieved.
He further said that this is the first of its kind and is organic and outside the party membership.
He charged the state exco of the workers Solution Vanguard to go and canvass support across board for Gov Soludo, who has done wonderfully well in office, he concluded.
In her acceptance speech, Hon Barr Princess Anthonia Tabansi Okoye who is the State Coordinator of Solution Vanguard and Commissioner IV, Anambra State Local Government Service Commission promised that members of her team will deliver, and appreciated the confidence placed on them and promised not to disappoint.
She especially thanked all members,particularly the Heads of Local Government Administration who are supervisors of workers Solution Vanguard in their various LG Councils for the massive turnout and corporation.
In her words, "I appreciate all of you, and you are all wonderful."
She declared that the torch light handed over to her and her team would never dim and that with all of their support, continued corporation, and dedication, they would succeed.
She further declared that they will be victorious in the 2025 gubernatorial elections with Gov Soludo emerging as a winner.
While unveiling the workers Solution Vanguard stickers, Dr Alex Obiogbolu SPAD Political to Gov Charles Chukwuma Soludo,said that he is always happy and gives God glory whenever he meets with the local government staff.
He said that there is no doubt that 95% of the present local government workers were employed during his tenure as the Chairman Local Government Service Commission. He is always at home with them being his constituency.
He said that was when Anambra State was on Zero Allocation, as money was deducted from source then, during that time Ihiala LGA was owing 9 months salary of workers and Onitsha North LGA was owing 6 months salaries.
He further said that under his watch, 3,615 workers were employed in the local government system and that he still has the records.
He admonished the workers to be diligent and responsible because to whom much is given, much is expected and that it is commendable that Solution Vanguard is self funded and driven.
He encouraged workers that by supporting Mr Governor's re-election, the workers are ensuring that their salaries will continue to to be paid regularly and prompt as always and also their gratitudes on retirement are paid as and when due.
He commended the mobile advertisement through the workers Solution Vanguard sticker on Keke, Buses, private vehicles, and offices.
Commending Mr Governor Prof Charles Chukwuma Soludo, Dr Alex Obiogbolu said Mr Governor is doing more with less.
He pointed out that the good works of Gov Soludo are evidently clear, especially with the public water tap running constantly, the Free Education Policy programme from Primary to Secondary School, and Free Antenatal Services with Cesarean operation.
Inaugurating the LGA Exco members of Solution Vanguard, Hon Azubuike Okoye Commissioner 1 of Anambra State Local Government Service Commission, the Deputy National Convener and former member of Anambra State House of Assembly added, that there is more work for the LG Exco, that they are real grassroots".
He urged them to go into the hinterlands, villages, and senitize family members about Solution Vanguard and propagating the good works of Gov Charles Chukwuma Soludo across the LGAs.
He emphasized that as for the 2025 Anambra State Gubernatorial Polls, Gov Charles Chukwuma Soludo has no match in the election as there are no serious contenders to match him.
He inaugurated the LG Excos and urged them to go and exercise their mandate .
The various local government workers displaced various dance steps and sang praises for the working Governor Chukwuma Soludo.
