Appeal Court Reserves Judgment In Ifeanyi Ubah’s Case

The Court of Appeal in Abuja has reserved judgment in the appeal filed by Senator Ifeanyi Patrick Ubah against the judgment of a High Court of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) in Kubwa, which sacked him as Senator representing Anambra South Senatorial District.

The three-panel of the court led by Justice Stephen Adah announced after hearing parties that they will be informed when judgment is ready.
